Our Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and the increase in fraudulent refund requests in the industry, we do not offer unconditional refunds. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any legitimate issues.
15-Day Eligibility Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

When Refunds Are NOT Granted
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

- The 15-day eligibility period has expired
Fraudulent Activity:

- Evidence of attempting to abuse the refund system
Other Exclusions:
- License renewals or upgrades
We send two reminders before your subscription renews: the first one two weeks before the renewal date, and the second one one week prior.
